The Wolf Woman of Midnight

Halloween. That wonderful time of year when everybody gets to dress like they’re terrifying monsters, racist caricatures, and sluttier versions of everyday career outfits. But most importantly, it was the day where people handed out free candy.

Or at least it was. As the clock struck midnight, Halloween came to an end as November 1st rolled into town. Of course the monsters, both metaphorical children who did not respect curfew and vandalized people’s homes as well as the actual monsters who had a tendency to devour said children when they got the chance, hadn’t all gone to bed quite yet.

Well, except Tsu. The large wolf girl had long tucked herself into bed and drifted off to sleep after a night of hanging out with her friends and passing out candy in front of her home. They had all gathered around a small bonfire to keep warm outside of Tsu’s forest side home as the passing children came for their sweet dues. And after a mostly uneventful night of watching children walk away happy with their treats the wolf girl had earned herself a nice rest.

SPLUNT!

The dull thud of something slamming against her second story bedroom window awoke the sleeping woman, the noise going off like a canon in her lupine ears. She blinked into the darkness as her eyes adjusted, unsure of what that was. A small wave of terror overtook her as she realized somebody might be in her home. A shiver ran down her spine as she curled up, before-

SPLUNT!

She winced at the noise, her eyes catching the sight of something splatting against her window. She frowned as she tossed her blanket off and rolled out of bed to investigate… Only to see two egg yolks running down her window. She peeked out between the two messes to see who the assailant was. Four children, their ages hard to make out in the darkness, were throwing eggs at her house. Her jaw dropped as she spotted one of them was throwing toilet paper over her bushes and car. Her view was cut off as-

SPLUNT!

Another egg hit her window. Her face twisted into a snarl as she almost threw open the window in a rage. But she stopped herself. And after a deep breath to calm herself her lips curled into a mischievous smile. If they wanted to prank somebody, they shouldn’t have pranked a monster. Because monster pranks are always much, much scarier…

“Hey, don’t forget to hit the other window too! If you just hit one she only has to clean up one!” One of the boys said to the other as he watched his friends go to work. He felt rather smug about himself. This would show that stupid wolf girl to hand out better candy next year. And if she didn’t… Well, then next year they would just have to get worse he thought with a grin.

“Hey, hand me another carton. I’m out.” One of his friends said. The lead boy nodded and reached into the backpack that was slung over one of his shoulders. But just as his finger’s closed over the new carton a ghastly noise pierced the cold autumn night air.

“Aaawoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh!”

The boys all stopped and went wide eyed as they looked around for the source of the sound. It sounded like a wolf, and it sounded very close. And since they were on the edge of a forest, the threat of a wolf attack was a very real possibility. The boys seemed ready to run. “I-It’s a wolf! We got to get out of here before it attacks, it’s probably calling out to it’s pack or something!” One of them cried.

The head boy shook his head. “W-Wait, relax guys. It’s Halloween, it’s probably just somebody trying to mess with us. Wolves wouldn’t come all the way out here this close to town.” He tried to reason despite being scared himself.

Suddenly, a voice rang out around them.

“There’s a story about this house you know…” The voice echoed around them through the darkness. It was a woman’s voice. “That the woman who lives here is cursed. Every Halloween, at exactly midnight, she transforms into a terrible beast.” The voice continued, wavering ever so slightly in a hauntingly melodious tone. “The first night, she devoured her entire family. Her husband and all of her children were devoured in one night. By morning they were nothing but fat on her hips. The poor women was left all alone… And every Halloween after she would transform again and stalk the forest, hunting for more little children to gobble up!” The voice would suddenly cackle as the children looked about in terror.

The head boy was the only one to realize what was happening. “H-Hey, we aren’t stupid lady!” He would shout, despite being scared himself. “We know you’re just that fat wolf girl who lives here! Come out where we can see you he shouted!”

Suddenly a rustle came from one of the bushes. As the boys turned to look they would see a face in the shadows. A pair of bright eyes and a large smile both caught the moonlight from behind the bush. They could see each and every individual fang as it glistened in the dark. “Of course I’m that wolf girl. And I’m not fat… Not yet!”

Before the boys could even react Tsu had leaped out of the bushes. For a split second everything frozen. It seemed as if she hung in the air, claws outstretched towards the lead boy. Her eyes were focused like a beast’s on the hunt, and her maw hung wide. Wide enough to fit a naughty child down the lead boy quickly realized as he stared down into the blackness framed by her teeth.

GULP!

Tsu let out a sigh as she sat on the grass where the boy had been standing. In her claws and on the grass around her were small shreds of the boys costume. And that was the only trace of him left besides the squirming swell of her belly. She had swallowed him faster than the eye could see. She leaned back and smiled as she pat her gut and licked her lips. “Am I fat enough for you now?” She giggled as she poked the boys struggling form. She could hear him screaming from inside the sweltering confines of her gut. She shot the other boys a grin as she stood up.

She placed a hand on her swollen middle and rubbed it to taunt the other boys as she slowly waddled towards them, wolf tail swishing behind her with every step. “And… Every year children would mysteriously vanish without a trace.” She smirked.

The boys all let out screams of their own now as they turned to flee. But Tsu just grinned a wicked smile and leaped once again. Her mouth stretched impossibly wide over the three fleeing children, and before she landed her jaws closed down on all of them at once.

GULP!

The three were crammed against one another as the wolf girl’s powerful gullet dragged them down her throat. Her jaws snapped shut over them as a massive bulge slid down her throat and behind her chest. And soon her stomach swelled out with the forms of all four children. She let out a grunt as she straightened herself, the weight pulling her forward ever so slightly. Her gut was gigantic, the forms of the struggling screaming pranksters fought against the taut skin that held them in place. Tsu gave out a satisfied sigh as her tongue lolled out of her mouth. She licked her lips and gave her belly a firm pat.

“And after she devoured each child her stomach would let out a thunderous gurgle… And then they would be digested into more fat for the ravenous beast before she let out an ear shattering belch that would be their death knell!” She gave a downright treacherous grin as she looked down at her middle. As if on cue…

Groooooooooooooooooouuuuuurgle!

The struggling in her belly stopped for a moment as the children heard the stomach roar around them. And then their struggles exploded into a terrified flurry of panic. And then the struggles stopped. Her belly suddenly swelled out as digestive fluid quickly filled it. And then her belly began to shrink as the thick soup of naughty children in her stomach began to drain into her intestines. And just like that the kids were gone as quick as they were swallowed, leaving nothing in their place but a small pot belly. She bit her lip as she rubbed a hand down over her hips, which now stretched out her pants with several new layers of fat.

BUUUUUUUUUOOOOOOOOOOORP!

A slobber covered shoe expelled itself from her mouth and flew through the air as she let out a truly thunderous belch. It landed with a wet splat on the grass. She dabbed the edges of her mouth with her fingers to wipe away any saliva and grinned. She definitely showed them a truly terrifying Halloween experience. They should be grateful she thought to herself as she gave her pot belly another pat.

“The end.” She turned away to head back inside and take a very satisfied slumber on the most terrifying of nights… November 1st.
